Legal status – not a church
Justice Wins – Igazság Győz is not a church, not a registered religious community, not an association and not a foundation or other civil-society organisation. “Justice Wins” is the name used for the services and content provided by the Service Provider, Martina Somorjai, sole proprietor (Hungary), and is not a separate legal entity.
Accordingly, every contract concluded through the Website is concluded between the Customer and Martina Somorjai, sole proprietor, and every payment – including purchases and voluntary contributions – is received by the sole proprietor. A contribution is not a church donation, a public-benefit donation or a donation collected for a civil-society organisation, and it is not tax-deductible.
Private individuals only
Because of the Service Provider's tax status (small taxpayer / KATA sole proprietor), orders and voluntary contributions are accepted only from natural persons (private individuals). Payments received from companies, sole proprietors or other organisations are refunded and the order may be refused.
